A morning to review the progress with owners Sandy & Jazz. You can sense their excitement for another jewel in One Love Restaurant Group’s crown: Blü Cã!

Here’s a sneak peek before the muralist Kelly Walker of @artstarbaltimore splashes in the water!

Blü Cā will serve an authentic Jamaican-inspired menu featuring both traditional and international dishes crafted around a “Reggae Asian Fusion” theme. The restaurant is a “Cruise vibe with Waterfront views: A whole new destination for food, culture, and community.”

Great conversation this morning at the Bisnow Baltimore State of the Market event. It was energizing to hear real momentum behind the city’s next chapter.

David Bramble’s leadership continues to stand out. His clarity around long-term investment, community impact, and disciplined development feels especially important right now.

The line that stuck with me: “I like this town.” Simple, but it says everything—belief in Baltimore as a place worth building, not just talking about.

That mindset is what moves cities forward.

ULI Housing Conference - It's not all talk! - It's a walk and then a Water Taxi in the Harbor to explore Baltimore’s waterfront past, present, and future.
It's learning about new and future mixed-use retail and housing developments along the shoreline, while gaining an understanding of its historical and industrial past, waterfront neighborhoods, transportation infrastructure, and its role as a significant port along the eastern seaboard.
Stops included: Harbor Point, Harbor East, Harbor Place, Baltimore Peninsula, and the new Under Armour Campus.

We spent the last two days at the ULI 2026 Housing Opportunity Conference. The energy was incredible!
It was a privilege to join a diverse group of developers, planners, architects, and public officials focused on one mission: expanding housing opportunities in our communities.
From exploring cutting-edge research to discussing cross-sector solutions for the national residential housing crisis, the sessions were packed with actionable insights.
We’re walking away inspired!

Nothing beats a dose of floral therapy to cure the winter blues!

Some of the team spent the day at the Philadelphia Flower Show. This year’s theme, "Rooted: Origins of American Gardening," was such a beautiful tribute to the history and diverse cultural traditions that shaped how we garden today.

Experiencing this blooming oasis was exactly what we needed to get excited for the season ahead.

Spring can’t get here fast enough!

Great spaces don't just happen by accident—they’re by design.

Some neighborhoods feel "alive" while others feel like a collection of buildings. It comes down to Intentional Master Planning and Placemaking.

The keys to our process include:
- Vibrancy: Designing for people, not just cars.
- Engagement: Creating "third places" where community happens naturally.
- Longevity: Building with the future in mind so spaces evolve and thrive for decades.

When we prioritize thoughtful design, we aren’t just building structures—we’re building the heartbeat of a community.

Yesterday, Dustin Watson, AIA, sat down with Councilman Ryan Dorsey and Julian Frost to discuss how single-stair reform is changing the way we design. This "tiny" code detail is a huge win for walkability, better housing layouts, and more vibrant neighborhoods.

We were thrilled to present our designs and show exactly what’s possible when we prioritize smart, modern urbanism.

We had the opportunity to join ULI Baltimore for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the transformative renovations underway at Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Funded by a $410 million bond from the Maryland Stadium Authority, these extensive upgrades are designed to modernize the fan experience while honoring the ballpark's iconic "retro" character. We had a firsthand look at the progress on the new Scoreboard Social patio and the massive centerfield video board—which will be 2.5 times larger than the original—as well as the new premium club replacing the home plate press box. These enhancements, including a revamped sound system and reimagined club levels, are on track to debut this 2026 season, ensuring the "Ballpark That Forever Changed Baseball" remains a premier destination.

This winter has been a long one, and let’s be honest—when you’re spending this much time inside, you start to notice everything. Maybe that kitchen layout isn’t quite working for your morning routine, or you’ve realized your living space needs a serious glow-up to feel truly cozy.

There’s nothing like a Maryland freeze to make you rethink your surroundings!

This residential remodel in Timonium transformed a dated interior into a bright, functional sanctuary. If the "indoor life" has you dreaming of a fresh start, we’d love to help you bring those renovation ideas to life.

Deeply honored to witness the formal opening of our latest project at the Masjid Istiqlal Mosque in Houston.

Architecture is at its best when it serves the community and creates a space for peace and reflection. Seeing this vision come to life—and being welcomed so warmly by the congregation—is why we do what we do.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this landmark a reality for the Houston community.

We just wrapped up an insightful ULI Baltimore session on the future of Commercial Real Estate. After a wild 2025, it was great to hear from top economists and industry leaders on how we can evolve and succeed in the Mid-Atlantic region this year. Big things are coming for office, retail, and housing!
