Courthouse Center is re-positioning of an existing shopping center in Rockville, Maryland. On a limited budget, the new design incorporated a fresh paint scheme, new awnings, and updated signage. The design of an architectural portal to the interior space provided a major opportunity for the project’s identity, missing from the original design. The rejuvenation makes Courthouse Center more visible and accessible to its customers.
