Located next to a regional mall, West Place’s animated pedestrian friendly street grid intends to supplement and enhance the offerings of the mall. The design includes a mix of uses including a health club, residential, office, and a grocery store servicing the surrounding residential communities. The existing grade allows for most of the parking to be under the project mitigating the impacts of storm water runoff and allowing for an increase in density.
